Rental & Leasing Framed Art for the
Corporate Client
Renting and Leasing Art is another option for the corporate
client. Whether you are just opening your company, and are
overwhelmed by start up costs, or you like to see different art in
your office throughout the year, then Renting or Leasing might be
the option for you.
How the Rental and
Lease Art options work:
Leasing Art
1. Leasing art is a Three Year Plan. (Average Lease
Price is between $75-125/ year for each piece of framed art.)
2. Select your art and framing choices (we have Reps
available to come to your office to show you Art and Framing
selections to choose from).
3. Your total payments of the Art will be divided into
Three installments, with the First year being Paid in advance, and
the following years will be billed prior to new lease year.
4. Artwork may be exchanged at any time in the first two
years for Artwork of equal value. (If you keep the same
artwork for three consecutive years without changing out, you own
it!)
5. Once completion of Lease term, you may elect to
renew your contract and get new artwork, or if you decide to keep
your current artwork, then after three consecutive years with the
same art, you own the Artwork! Note: If you lease for two
years, then decide to get new art, you will need to lease the new
art for three consecutive years to Own the Art.
Rental Art
1. Select a Rental term - 6 mo. or 1 year plans
(Average Rental Price is $15 -$30 per month for each piece of framed
art.)
2. Select your Art and Framing choices (we have reps
available to come to your office to show you Art and Framing
selections to choose from)
3. The total cost for the rental term will be due prior to
receiving artwork.
4. The Artwork can be changed at anytime during term
of contract, for Artwork of equal value.
5. With the Rental option, you DO NOT own the
Artwork upon completion of contract.
